Client Services Assistant

Are you a proactive administrative professional with a background in accounting, financial planning, or legal services ? We are looking for a dedicated Client Services Assistant to join a vibrant team in a professional city-based office. The Role

Reporting to the Practice Manager , you will be a key point of contact for the firm, providing essential administrative and reception support to Directors and professional staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Relations: Providing prompt, professional service to visiting clients and managing the telephone with excellence.

  • Software & Database Management: Accurately maintaining client records across in house systems as well as using Xero, ASIC, and the ATO Portal

  • Financial Admin: Assisting with basic client invoicing in Xero and processing credit card payments.

  • Compliance & Workflow: Setting up digital client files, scanning, and managing diary bookings for professional staff.

  • Office Coordination: Managing staff amenities, stationery procurement, and ensuring common areas are always pristine.
